Is Vivlet just a video playing on repeat?
The videos on this page are short demonstrations and may replay. The experience we're creating for Vivlet is a digital world for your pet's pixel likeness to inhabit, rather than a single clip to watch over and over. Familiar moments may return, much like they do in everyday life.
What kind of world does my pet live in?
We imagine it as a little Earth of its own, with different forms of life going about their days. Your pet's pixel likeness has a place there, too: somewhere to wander, rest, and meet other lives along the way. It's a way to imagine them in another world, while keeping a familiar part of them close in this one.
Can I control what my pet does?
You don't direct their day or control the world around them. Their life there has its own rhythm. You can watch for a while, or visit and share a small moment without deciding what happens next.
What kind of photo should I use?
A clear photo that shows your pet's face, coat, and markings gives us the best reference for their pixel portrait.
Will it look exactly like my pet?
It's a pixel interpretation, not a photographic copy. We use the features and markings in your photo to create their likeness.
What happens when I press and hold the button?
A pixel character representing you steps into the world to spend a little time with your pet. You aren't taking control of their life; you're becoming a small part of their day. Think of it as a gentle ripple in their world: a visit, an interaction, a little time together.
Is Vivlet only for pets who have passed away?
Vivlet is a way to remember a pet you miss, whether they've passed away or are missing. It can't help locate a missing pet, and it isn't a replacement for them.
